We ship all orders placed before 3pm the same day. This excludes Next Day Deliveries which need to be ordered before 1pm. (Please note we do not offer a Saturday delivery).
Orders placed after 1pm on Friday will be shipped on the following Monday.
If you are away from the delivery address our courier will put a card through your door allowing you to re-book a delivery with the courier or allow you to pick up the order from the depot or sorting office.
IMPORTANT - PLEASE NOTE:
Demostores.co.uk reserves the right to charge the full shipping fee applicable to resend if the item is returned to us because the customer could not take delivery for any reason.
Courier returned items will be added back into our stock and your account credited with the order total, minus the fee the courier charges us to deliver the item back to us. You will have to replace the order to have the item re-shipped. If you require a refund on items returned by the courier this will be done minus the couriers fee.
Please Note: We do not offer a Guaranteed Saturday Delivery (please email us for info on this if you really really really need it).
Next Day Delivery is not available to the following postcodes - HS1-9, IV1-56, KA27-28, KW1-17, PA20-78, PH19-50, TR21-25, ZE1-3, AB 31, 33 - 38, 44, 45, 51-56, BT, IM, JE, GY

Any delivery errors must be reported within 7 days of date of delivery. All orders, are checked and double checked before leaving.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS PLEASE NOTE:
1. On all International Orders we can only ship to your Card Billing Address.
2. International Orders on occasion may take 1-3 days longer to process before we ship while we check your details with your card issueing bank
3. Shadow Transactions on your statement: Occasionaly when we security check your credit card against your address details with our bank a 'Shadow Transaction' may appear on your card statement. This occurs when our bank tries to authorise the amount with your card issuing bank. When this happens we have not taken 2 payments from your card, and within a few days this amount will be removed from your statement. We have no control over this 'Shadow Transaction' issue.
4. Customs and Taxes:The buyer is responsible for any duties or taxes charged on entry to the country. These are levied by the international customs and totally out of our control.
